Younger Partners Investments (YPI) was formed in 2020 to acquire retail investment properties across Texas. From neighborhood grocery-anchored centers to lifestyle shopping centers, YPI seeks opportunities to create value for investors by acquiring unassailable assets. Our affiliate, Younger Partners (YP), provides high quality leasing and property management for our assets.

Kathy Permenter is responsible for the overall performance of Younger Partners Investments’ portfolio and leads the leasing and marketing efforts. Kathy’s extensive commercial real estate background along with her expert market knowledge provides her with a broad network of investors and clients.

With more than 20 years of retail real estate experience, Steve Grant oversees leasing and value creation initiatives for Younger Partners Investments’ retail portfolio. His responsibilities include developing leasing strategies, optimizing tenant mix, maximizing occupancy, and enhancing the performance of retail assets throughout North Texas.
