Steve Grant brings more than 20 years of experience in retail real estate, with a background spanning investment, brokerage, leasing, development, and asset operations. Throughout his career, he has worked with property owners, investors, and tenants to enhance asset performance through strategic leasing, repositioning initiatives, and disciplined execution. His combination of transactional expertise and ownership experience provides a practical, results-driven approach to retail real estate.

Prior to joining Younger Partners, Steve founded SLG Commercial, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based firm focused on acquiring, operating, and repositioning value-add shopping centers. Through SLG Commercial, he successfully acquired, managed, and exited multiple retail investments while also providing brokerage and development services to local and international clients. Earlier in his career, he worked with Billingsley Company, where he oversaw leasing and development activities for an 850,000-square-foot retail portfolio and contributed to multiple ground-up retail projects.

At Younger Partners, Steve leads leasing efforts for the firm’s retail investment portfolio, working to maximize occupancy, strengthen tenant mix, and enhance the performance of retail assets owned by Younger Partners Investments. Drawing on his experience as both an owner and operator, he develops and executes leasing strategies that support long-term asset value and investment performance.
